A family of three in southern China is making their own oolang milk tea for a special occasion, and the process isn’t all that difficult.
The three women who work in a tea shop in Hangzhou, one of China’s most populous cities, made a batch of oolangs last week, with a recipe that is as simple as a few ingredients.
They’re still making it, and they’re hoping to sell it on a local marketplace in Hangzhou, according to a video posted on their Facebook page.
“This tea is for a celebration and we are going to sell all the milk in the store,” one of the women, Li Jing, says in the video.
“It’s a good chance to raise our family.
We have our daughter in school, and I want to make her tea.
We also want to buy milk for our household, and so we’re planning to sell a lot of milk.”
The three of them have made their oolango milk tea in batches since last year, and Li Jing says she’s been making it since January.
It takes roughly an hour to make a batch, and it’s not the same as making a traditional milk tea.
Instead, it’s a rich, full-bodied tea made with the ingredients that would be used to make milk.
For example, the milk is made with coconut, which is used to give the tea its flavor.
“I’ve been making ooluang milk for a long time,” Li Jing said.
“But I think this is the first time that I’ve made oolun tea, or oolan tea, which means it’s different from the traditional milk.”
A lot of ooils and milk have to be used in the tea, and that can create a lot more of a problem for the tea’s taste, said a third-year chemistry student who asked to remain anonymous.
“If I pour the tea in my mouth and it starts to go bad, I won’t drink the tea anymore,” she said.
The milk is boiled in a pot and then the milk itself is poured into a bowl.
“You pour it into the bowl and then it starts cooling down,” she added.
The next step is to boil it again, but this time in the kettle.
The tea itself is then boiled again, this time for several minutes, and then poured into the pot.
Once that’s done, it is ready to be served.
“This is very important,” she explained.
“A lot of tea is made without milk, but oolung milk is very rich in ooluns milk, so it needs a lot less milk to make the tea.
If we’re going to drink the milk, it will taste better.”
The first batch of tea was sold out when it was released last week.
Li Jing and her three friends hope that the demand will keep coming, as well as the tea itself.
“The tea is very good,” Li said.
