Ingredients: 1/2 cup coconut milk 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 eggs 2 tablespoons cocoa powder 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional) Instructions Heat a large saucepan over medium-high heat and add the coconut milk.
Whisk until the mixture begins to thicken.
Add the eggs, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt and mix well until combined.
Stir in the coconut cream and mix again.
Add all remaining ingredients and stir until combined again.
Pour into the prepared cookie jar and bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
