That means that it has less of a chance of causing the problems that have been linked to dairy products, like weight gain, bloating, and diarrhea.
So you’re not really getting a fat-free milk in this vegan recipe, and if you do, it’ll be very difficult to see results.
So it’s best to use a fat free milk.
What you need to make vegan milk at home: 1 cup of coconut milk
