CINCINNATI — The Bengals went all-in on their defense in this year’s draft and they’ve got the help of a dairy product.
The Bengals have added a brand new almond milk to their collection to help ease the pain of players who have injuries, and now, the Bengals have a new way to make that milk.
The Bengals announced Monday that the brand new Almond Milk will be on the shelves at every Bengals game starting this weekend.
Fans can buy the milk, which is made with almond milk, almond butter, vanilla bean and other ingredients, for $2.99 a pop.
It will be available at the game stores and at select Bengals restaurants, including the stadium, starting Friday, Feb. 19.
The team has been making its own almond milk for several years, with the latest offering being in 2017.
The new Alias milk is made in a different, more efficient way.
“Our goal with this new almond product is to offer players with different health challenges the opportunity to benefit from the benefits of almond milk as well as the health benefits of butter and cream,” Bengals head coach Marvin Lewis said in a news release.
“It’s great to have the almond milk on the shelf at our football stadium, at the Bengals and throughout our team and community.”
This is the first time the Bengals almond milk will be made with a traditional recipe.
Last year, the team made the milk from almond milk made with milk from the local dairy company, Almond Farm, and almond butter from Almond Breeze.
The team’s almond milk used to come from the dairy farm, which it owns.
