The new “best” oat or wheat milk oat tea has been given its own category.
It has been designated the best oat/wheat milk tea.
According to the official Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), the new tea has a “fresh, floral aroma, rich taste and flavour, light body and soft, smooth texture”.
According to an official statement, the tea is the only “all-round” oatmeal and wheat-milk beverage in India.
It comes in three flavours: “mahrabi” (light oatmeal), “haldi” (white) and “kaffir” (brown).
“All-round”, it is served with milk and a hot tea.
This is the first time that the “best”, or best oatmeal tea, has been recognised.
The FSSAI also said that the tea can be used in hot or cold water, and has no preservatives, additives or preservatives added.
